Exciting opportunities exist at The Country Day School for experienced physical education and fitness teachers to join our Health and Physical Education Department. Applicants must have a university degree in physical and health education as well as certification to teach in Ontario. A commitment to coaching team sports, experience playing in intercollegiate athletics, and knowledge of the independent school system will be considered assets.

The curriculum at CDS is balanced with extensive athletic, arts and extra-curricular programs. In addition to the relevant education and experience, candidates must be willing to become involved in all facets of school life. The successful candidate will join an experienced and dedicated team of educators.
Employment Details:
● These positions are for vacancies commencing August 2026.
● Salary Range: $66,000 to $96,500 for less than 6 years of experience and $96,500 to $125,000 for 6 or more years of experience.
● Pension: Participation in the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) when applicable.
