The Opportunity:
Creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to innovative practice are deeply valued at UTS. We are looking for a dynamic educator with Mathematics qualifications who can inspire and empower students to think creatively and embark on an educational journey.
Equipped with critical thinking skills and a better understanding of their roles as engaged global citizens, you will be instrumental in helping students find ways they can make a positive difference around them.
This is a 100% Long Term Occasional (LTO) position for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting September 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.
You need to be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers with Intermediate/Senior qualifications in Mathematics. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of previous mathematics teaching experience along with an interest in Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, as well as our rich co-curricular program.
What we offer:

- Base salary that is on a grid with an additional generous service supplement;

Target compensation range is from $85,000 to $125,000 depending on educational qualifications and years of teaching experience.
