POSITION: Academic Office Administrative Assistant
Starting Date: August 10, 2026 for an upcoming vacancy
Salary Range: Compensation in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 determined by relevant work experience and qualifications.
Description: Albert College is an independent day and boarding school for students in PK to Grade 12 in Belleville, Ontario. The Academic Office Administrative Assistant is a key team member of the Academic and Guidance Office, working closely with faculty and staff members, parents and students, and ensuring that online systems are accurate, well-managed and support their needs.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
To provide administrative and technological support to the Academic and Guidance Office.
.The Academic Office Administrative Assistant will:
· Have superior organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines in a busy environment;
· Possess adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected events and be able to balance several ongoing projects.
· Manage the learning management system (Edsby) and ensure access to the platform by all community members.
· Support other systems such as Edsembli, Reach and Microsoft accounts
· Support general office administration tasks coordinating preparing and maintaining functions of the office
· Provide professional customer service
Additional language skills are considered an asset.
