POSITION: Food Services Cook, Full-time
Starting Date: September 9, 2026 for a vacancy
Wage: $22 per hour
Albert College is an independent day and boarding school for students in PK to Grade 12 in Belleville, Ontario. Position Summary: The Food Services Cook works in collaboration with the Food Services Manager and ensures a quality food service program for the Senior School, Junior School and Early Primary Learning Centre (EPLC), which includes overseeing the day-to-day operations; preparing all components in the Senior School kitchen, daily snacks and requested special functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Two years of cooking experience (Red Seal is an asset)
· Strong Baking Skills
· Flexibility to work additional hours as requested and as possible
Other Assets:
· Valid Driver’s Licence
· Valid ServSafe or Serve Smart Certification
· First Aid
Applicants must be reliable, personable and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position requires availability for both weekends and weekdays during the school year and summer school days and weekends. For further details, please refer to the job description attached.
