POSITION:Enrolment Management Associate
Starting Date: June 2, 2026 for an upcoming vacancy
Salary Range: Compensation in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 determined by relevant work experience and qualifications.
Description: Albert College is an independent day and boarding school for students in PK to Grade 12 in Belleville, Ontario. A student’s experience of the five ‘A’s – academics, arts, athletics, active citizenship and adventure – is integral to an Albert College education. We strive to inspire excellence in all five of the A’s, ensuring students develop into global citizens within our close family environment.
The Enrolment Management Associate is an ambassador of the College and strengthens Albert College by building trusting relationships with agents and families, creating a robust enrolment funnel and ensuring long-term sustainability of the school in key markets. The associate works as part of a team to generate leads and guide families through inquiry to registration and retention.
The Enrolment Management Associate will:
• Develop expertise in conveying the unique features of Albert College, a CAIS (Canadian Accredited Independent Schools) day and boarding school where every student from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 is valued, and where families feel confident and supported as they make the life-changing decision to enrol their child.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with prospective families, international agents/partners, current parents, students, faculty, and all Albert constituencies;
• Be well-versed in creative marketing, demographic analysis, targeted communication and strategic enrolment management;
• Embrace international travel to plan, attend and follow up after recruiting events;
• Be able to demonstrate sales experience;
• Be proficient with database entry and statistics, essential in organizing and analysing enrolment information according to your specific assigned regions (Blackbaud - Core Enrolment Management System would be an asset);
• Have superior organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines in a busy environment;
• Possess adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected events and be able to balance several ongoing projects.
Additional language skills (Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese) are considered an asset.
