About This Faculty Role:
HTS has an exciting opportunity for an educator to join our Lower School as a Kindergarten Teacher (effective August 2026)
The successful candidate will oversee students’ academic progress and personal growth in their Kindergarten classroom and be fully involved in co-curricular activities.

What You Need:
We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply:
- Ontario Teacher Certification, with Primary and additional qualifications in Kindergarten
- Deep knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and Growing Success
- Deep understanding of best practices in math and literacy instruction
- Knowledge of Ontario’s 21st-century competencies
- A minimum of 2 years experience teaching in the defined subject matter area
- Experience or expertise in learner-centered instructional approaches: Project-based learning, Design thinking, or interdisciplinary learning
- Experience integrating technology into the learning environment to enhance and augment the learning experience
- The willingness and ability to collaborate with fellow teachers
