Opportunity Awaits!
It is an exciting time at St. Anne’s School and St. Andrew’s College as we embark on hiring teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.
The unique partnership between the schools is unprecedented and promises to offer myriad professional growth and development opportunities. We offer a revolutionary approach to education, where both schools, one a school for girls, the other a school for boys, retain their unique identities while working together to create unparalleled opportunities for students.
As a result, we seek teachers who can serve as coaches, advisors, and boarding staff – dedicated individuals who continually explore effective instructional methods and engaging curricula to promote student growth and success. We value educators who recognize the mutual benefits of full participation in school life and the lasting positive impact this level of involvement has on student experience.
If you aspire to build upon your students’ dreams while building your own, you might have just discovered the opportunity of a lifetime. If you are a teacher with a deep sense of purpose, desirous of autonomy to lead, and seeking support for personal growth, consider applying.
Candidates must hold a B.Ed. and, preferably, be certified to teach in Ontario or be in the process of obtaining this designation. We seek candidates who can demonstrate the ability to contribute to various aspects of school life, including coaching responsibilities.
Both schools offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Certified teachers are compensated using a salary grid that is based on their qualifications and years of experience. The 2026-2027 salary grid range is $69,300 to $129,060.
