Bannockburn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee the school’s day-to-day financial administration and operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school by supporting financial processes, facilities management, and operational coordination within a collaborative and community-focused environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Finance & Administration

Process weekly expenses and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor tuition receivables, follow up on balances, and prepare invoices
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and support financial reporting
Assist with payroll processing and annual budgeting
Support the audit process and maintain organized documentation
Respond to parent inquiries regarding tuition and payments

Operations

Coordinate facilities, maintenance, and external vendors
Support planning and tracking of maintenance projects
Manage service contracts and assist with compliance requirements
Coordinate IT services with external providers
Support logistics for school events and daily operations

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:

Post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or related fields
Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or business operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in an educational or not-for-profit setting is an asset
A proven professional approach and work ethic
Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C (or willing to obtain before starting)
Current Vulnerable Screening Police Record Check (or willing to obtain before starting)

Bannockburn offers:

· Full time hours

· Target Hiring Range is $75,000 -$85,000 based on experience
