Salary for this position: $50,000 - $52,910, along with a taxable Benefit for Room and Board.

The Position:

Boarding Staff play a vital role in fostering a supportive and engaging experience for boarding students. They ensure students' individual needs, strengths, and talents are recognized and nurtured. With an understanding of adolescent development, Boarding Staff provide emotional and social support within a structured, safe boarding environment.

Boarding Staff report to the Director of Boarding and work collaboratively with other boarding team members and the Boarding Leadership team (Director & Assistant Directors) to provide comprehensive care and safeguard student wellbeing. They work closely with the Health Centre (Nurses and Social Worker) and teaching faculty to provide a supportive and caring environment for all boarding students.

Boarding Staff are required to live on campus during the school year. They must be able to commit to working a rotating schedule of day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, including some long weekends.
