The Role:
We are seeking a warm, collaborative, and skillful Junior Division Homeroom Teacher to join our Castle on August 31, 2026. This is a Fulltime, existing vacancy position which reports into our Dean of Academics.
Target Hiring Range: $72,000 - $120,000+. Compensation & Placement Salary is determined by our Faculty Grid. Final placement is based on recognized teaching years, degrees, and Additional Qualifications (AQs).

Your passion for this year of discovery will empower our youngest students to find their voices while building the robust literacy and numeracy foundations they need to thrive. Working alongside our Grade 5 and 6 educators, you will be a cornerstone of a Junior School team that elevates learning through hands-on engagement, real-world tasks, and authentic assessment.

- Membership in the Ontario College of Teachers.
- Qualifications at the P/J or J/I level.
- Willingness to participate in co-curriculars and fall overnight camp.
