Minimum Requirements for Faculty Positions
- Bachelor’s degree in the discipline you wish to teach
- Advanced degrees encouraged
- Teaching experience required
- Current member of the Ontario College of Teachers or equivalent
- International Baccalaureate (IB) experience would be an asset
- Ability to coach two sports or co-curriculars
- Independent school experience is an asset
- Good communication and technology skills
- Commitment to professional growth
- French language skills are an asset
Minimum Requirements for Boarding Staff
If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment that prioritizes building a culture of community, we may have the perfect job for you.
Boarding Staff act “in loco parentis” supporting our boarding students, as well as providing school duties, including social and co-curricular activities. Tutoring, supply and team teaching and Teacher Advisory Group (TAG) coverage as required.
Private accommodations and meals are provided.
- B.A. or equivalent
- Teaching certification is an asset
- Experience working with adolescents (camping, coaching, etc.)
